• page layout, structure and navigation
• source code, markup, stylesheets and scripts
• databases and compilations of data
• methodologies and operating materials
• training materials
• downloadable content
• marketing materials
• documents and templates

2. Trademarks

AMG US TECHNOLOGY™, the AMG US TECHNOLOGY logo, and related names, logos, slogans and trade dress are trademarks of AMG US CORPORATION, dba AMG US TECHNOLOGY. Other names and marks that may appear on our website or portal belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those owners.

3. What you may do

You may view pages and print or save a copy for your own reference — for example, to evaluate working with us — provided you keep all copyright, trademark and other notices intact. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

4. What is not permitted

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

• copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute our content;
• modify it or prepare derivative works from it;
• exploit it commercially;
• clone or substantially replicate the website, or copy substantial portions of its design, layout or trade dress;

• use AMG branding in a way that suggests affiliation, endorsement or partnership;
• impersonate the Company or its personnel;
• create misleading derivative or look-alike websites;
• use our proprietary materials without authorization;
• remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice;
• reverse engineer any part of the website or portal.

5. Search engines and AI assistants

Our robots.txt file lets search engines and AI assistants access our public pages so that people can find information about the Company. That access is not a license to reproduce, republish or commercially exploit our content, to compile it into datasets, or to use it to train machine-learning or generative AI systems, except to the extent the law allows without permission.

6. Reporting infringement and requesting permission

To report a suspected infringement of our rights, to tell us that material on our website infringes yours, or to ask for permission to use our materials, write to info@amgtele.com. Please include:

• your name, organization and contact details;
• a description of the material concerned;
• where the material appears, such as a web address;
• for a report, why you believe it infringes, and a statement that the information you provide is accurate.

7. Reservation of rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. The Company may enforce its rights by any lawful means available to it.
